30-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with APEX Vision Solutions, or except as provided below, refunds for non digital goods may be made if requested and approved by APEX Vision Solutions within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to APEX Vision Solutions without prior authorization from APEX Vision Solutions will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and APEX Vision Solutions will not ship the product back to you.
Products like digital sales and partially used software subscriptions are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded. Our Terms Of Service states:
REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS SOFTWARE & SERVICES:
The product and/or services referenced herein is sold with a strict no refund policy. Fees assessed by Company are non-refundable, and Company does not provide Fee refunds or credits for partially used or unused subscriptions. If you sign up for a Service subscription but do not access the Service or Platform, you are still responsible for all Fees during the term of your subscription. If Company chooses at its sole discretion to issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future. In the event of a refund or credit, the amount refunded or credited will be determined by "Company" in its sole discretion. If you wish to cancel any Company subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address "Company email". For monthly subscriptions (including subscriptions for services and software), we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to "Company". For annual subscriptions, we also require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by email. If you provide such notification less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription year, your credit card may still be charged. If you cancel before the end of your year, you will not be entitled to a refund. "Company" in its sole discretion may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount the subscription was discounted.
REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Any orders of physical products must be returned within 30 days (in original condition) to be eligible for a refund.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Coaching and/or Consulting Services are the process by which Company will help you grow your business via proprietary systems, frameworks and advice. Though Company cannot guarantee specific results, we proactively seek to provide high quality advice and systems that maximize the Client’s return on advertising spending.
All approved returns must be received by APEX Vision Solutions within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty on 90 Days to Peak Profits System: If you have followed every step in our coaching and consulting programs and have not seen any increase in your business profits in 90 days, we will work with you at no cost until you achieve at least a 10% increase in your profits. You must be able to prove with documents and audited financials that you followed all of the steps, in the proper order, and did not receive any value or increase in your bottom line. Simply not following the system will not entitle you to any refund or compensation. You must prove you made every effort, attended every call and session, and implemented every step in your company.
